Baked Lamb Chops

Lamb chops are delicious and easy to make – perfect for a fast dinner.  Try them with a side of your favorite salad for a quick healthy meal!

Lamb chops
Sprinkle dried oregano
Rosemary, Chopped fresh
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 lemon

Method

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Take lamb chops out of the fridge and pat dry each side with a paper towel
  • Sprinkle chops with oregano, rosemary, salt and fresh ground pepper on each side
  • Sprinkle a pan with olive oil
  • Cook in the oven for 8 minutes, turning halfway
  • Serve with a squeeze of lemon
