Lamb chops are delicious and easy to make – perfect for a fast dinner. Try them with a side of your favorite salad for a quick healthy meal!
Lamb chops
Sprinkle dried oregano
Rosemary, Chopped fresh
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 lemon
Method
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Take lamb chops out of the fridge and pat dry each side with a paper towel
- Sprinkle chops with oregano, rosemary, salt and fresh ground pepper on each side
- Sprinkle a pan with olive oil
- Cook in the oven for 8 minutes, turning halfway
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon
